These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sssustain.com and any coaching services provided by SS Sustain ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a coaching plan or using our website, you agree to these Terms.



1. About Us



SS Sustain is a fitness coaching business operated by Sam Sutton, based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at sam@sssustain.com.



2. Our Services



We provide:



  • 1-2-1 Online Coaching: A monthly subscription with a 3 month minimum commitment, including personalised training programmes, nutrition guidance, mindset coaching, weekly check-ins, and direct WhatsApp access.

  • The Shred Code: An 8 week structured transformation programme including training, nutrition, mindset content, private community access, and the chance to win the Best Transformation prize.

3. Eligibility



You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. By signing up, you confirm that:



  • You are 18 or over

  • You are physically able to undertake training and exercise

  • You have consulted a doctor if you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to train safely

  • You understand that fitness coaching is not medical advice



4. Payment



  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe

  • 1-2-1 Coaching is a recurring monthly subscription with a 3 month minimum commitment, billed automatically on the same date each month

  • The Shred Code is a one-off payment for 8 weeks of access

  • By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount on the agreed schedule



5. Money Back Guarantee



We offer a 7 day conditional money back guarantee on both plans, covering your initial assessment week.



To qualify for a refund, you must have:



  1. Completed the full onboarding process

  2. Completed the assessment week as set out in your plan

  3. Submitted your first weekly check-in



If you have met all three conditions and are not satisfied with the coaching, you may request a full refund by emailing sam@sssustain.com within 7 days of your initial purchase, stating your reason. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.



Important: If you have not completed all three requirements above, you will not qualify for a refund. The guarantee exists to give committed clients a risk-free trial period. It is not a free trial. Clients who do not engage with the onboarding, assessment week, or first check-in are not eligible.



After the 7 day window expires, all sales are final and the 3 month minimum commitment (for 1-2-1 Coaching) or full programme term (for The Shred Code) applies. No further refunds will be issued unless required by law.



6. Minimum Commitment and Cancellation



1-2-1 Coaching



  • 1-2-1 Coaching includes a 3 month minimum commitment starting from the date of your initial purchase

  • During the 3 month minimum, the subscription cannot be cancelled and monthly payments will continue to be charged

  • After the 3 month minimum has been completed, the subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time

  • To cancel after the 3 month minimum, email sam@sssustain.com at least 30 days before your next billing date

  • Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid month



The Shred Code



  • The Shred Code is a one-off purchase for the full 8 week programme and cannot be cancelled mid-programme

  • Refunds are only available within the 7 day money back guarantee window described in Section 5



7. Your Responsibilities



You agree to:



  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

  • Follow training and nutrition guidance at your own discretion and within your own physical limits

  • Communicate openly with Sam about progress, concerns, and any health changes

  • Engage with the onboarding process, assessment week, and weekly check-ins in good faith

  • Not share, redistribute, or resell any coaching content, training plans, or programme materials



8. Results Disclaimer



Fitness results vary from person to person and depend heavily on individual effort, consistency, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to the plan provided. We do not guarantee specific results, weight loss figures, or physical transformations. Any testimonials or before/after examples on our website are real but should not be taken as a guarantee of similar results for you.



9. Health Disclaimer



The information and coaching provided is for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.



By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing.



10. Intellectual Property



All content on sssustain.com, including coaching materials, training plans, nutrition guides, videos, written content, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of SS Sustain. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own training only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any part of it.



11. Limitation of Liability



To the maximum extent permitted by law:



  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health issue arising from your participation in training or nutrition advice provided

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of our services

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law



12. Communication



By signing up, you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, welcome emails, programme updates) and WhatsApp messages from Sam as part of your coaching. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time but transactional communication is part of the service.



13. Changes To These Terms



We may update these Terms occasionally. The most recent version will always be on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.



14. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
